These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RoomGPT website (room-gpt.app) and the RoomGPT mobile applications (together, the "Service"), operated by Evolution Games GmbH ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

RoomGPT provides AI-generated interior-design visualizations from images you supply. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process those images solely to generate and deliver your redesigns and to operate and improve the Service. Uploaded images are stored only as long as needed to provide the Service and are automatically deleted on a regular scheduled basis. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, or that contain unlawful or infringing content.

AI-generated results

Redesigns are illustrative concepts generated by AI and may not reflect real products, dimensions, structural feasibility or pricing. They are provided for inspiration only and are not professional design, engineering or construction advice.

Subscriptions & payments

RoomGPT is free to download and offers a limited number of free redesigns. Unlimited access is available through an auto-renewable subscription to RoomGPT, which unlocks a higher redesign allowance across our Pro, Plus, Max and Ultra tiers.

If a plan includes a free trial (for example, 3 days), you will be charged the applicable subscription price when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The exact subscription title, length, price and any free-trial terms for your country are always shown on the purchase screen inside the app before you confirm. Prices may vary by country and are subject to change.

Auto-renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription, or turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their standard terms; for iOS, the Apple standard EULA also applies.

Refunds. Because purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies — we cannot process refunds for store purchases directly. To request a refund, contact the App Store or Google Play. Any statutory rights you have as a consumer are unaffected.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, text, design and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its content except as expressly permitted.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you live remain unaffected.
